I like to compare coaching to a DRIVER metaphor: the client is the driver who drives the car and who knows the destination he wants to go to and the coach is the client’s GPS, helping him to reach his destination. In this sense coaching is a meaningful conversation that moves a person from where he is to where he wants to go.

As a coach, I consider all my clients different and my approach is fully customised to each of them.

I help clients who are currently at crossroads in their life and in need of new direction.

There are a number of ways in which I can help clients, but the basic principles are always the same – recognition of personal core values, priorities, motivation and achievement of personal and professional goals, with particular emphasis on mental health, wellbeing and personal awareness in daily life.

My coaching programmes are divided in understanding your current situation (where you are), explore ideas (where you want to go) and take actions (how to get there). Without actions thoughts are just ideas.

 

How it works

As a coach, I consider all my clients different and my approach is fully customised to each of them.

I’m interested in understanding my clients, getting to know their priorities and aspirations and I’m keen to create a collaborative, non-judgmental and safe space in order to move towards successful resolution for my clients.

I offer coaching sessions by Zoom and Skype of 1 hour each.

  • free discovery call (30 min): mutual introduction and general discussion about coaching;
  •  after our introduction call you will receive a coaching agreement and open questions related to you and your goal;
  • review after 3 session to check our direction and eventually adjust/explore further areas of your interest.

I’m a supportive, empathic and a motivational coach.

Once your session has been accepted you will receive a confirmation email with all the detailed information and a link to Zoom to join your meeting.
