If the client decides to cancel their appointment, we advise them to email us and we’ll refund their money.
Clients can cancel after the counsellor accepts their booking request, with 12 hours’ notice. They will then be refunded for the session.
The paid amount will be refunded back to the client.
The company retains the rights to evaluate the reasons and conditions surrounding the cancellation from the practitioner’s side. The company also retains the right to suspend or delete a counsellor or coaches’ profile or practitioner’s profile if the reasons or conditions surrounding the cancellation violates the ethics and values of the company.
